Apsis Aerocom Limited offers best-in-class manufacturing solutions. Our team is specialized in advanced manufacturing and offering machining, surface treatment, and the integration of mechanical components.

We operate two manufacturing units in the Bangalore region. Unit 1(Head Office) is located in Peenya, Bangalore, and operates from an 8,462 sq. ft. facility. Unit 2 is located at the Hitech Defence and Aerospace Park, Yelahanka, Bangalore, and operates from a 20,000 sq. ft. facility.

Mr. Vinod Kumar Mariyappan

Whole Time Director

He leads the Company’s production and engineering functions, playing a pivotal role in strengthening its manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency. As a Promoter and Whole-Time Director of the company he has contributed significantly to its growth and technical excellence. He possesses expertise in tool and die making, CNC machining, and precision manufacturing, with hands-on experience in engineering operations. He completed his apprenticeship in Tool and Die Making (Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures) at the Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF), Bengaluru, under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and was awarded the National Apprenticeship Certificate upon successfully passing the trade test conducted by the National Council for Vocational Training. 

Mr. Mihir Kumar Pradhan

Chairman and Director

He provides strategic leadership to the Company as its Chairman and Executive Director. As a Promoter plays a key role in guiding its long-term vision and governance. He chairs the meetings of the Board and shareholders, fostering effective decision-making and ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives. He also oversees the procurement function, supporting efficient supply chain management and operational continuity. Prior to co-founding the Company, he gained over 20 years of industry experience as an Application Engineer. He holds a Diploma and a Post Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET), Chennai, providing him with a strong technical foundation that complements his strategic and operational leadership.

 

Mr. Basavaraju Kanakatte Shivakumar

Managing Director

He spearheads the strategic direction of the company being the Promoter and Managing Director, leading its manufacturing operations, business development, and quality management functions. With over 17 years of expertise in CNC machining, CNC programming, and precision engineering, he has been the driving force behind the Company’s operational excellence, technological advancement, and sustained growth. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening manufacturing capabilities, fostering customer relationships, and building a culture of quality and continuous improvement. He completed his technical training in General Machinist, followed by industrial training, at the Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF), Bengaluru, with specialization in CNC machining and CNC programming.

Non - Executive Independent Directors

Mr. Aniruddh Kumar

He joined the Board of Apsis Aerocom Limited on March 18, 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer as well as a member of the Institution of Engineers (India). With extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, he has held several leadership positions at BEML Limited, culminating in his role as Director (Rail & Metro). He brings deep expertise in engineering, project management, corporate leadership, and the rail and metro industry, providing valuable strategic guidance that strengthens the Company’s governance framework and supports its long-term growth objectives.

Mr. Dayananda Swamy Mallikarjunappa

With over eight years of experience in finance, financial reporting, and corporate accounting, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, and an MBA from the Institute of Management Research and Technology, Ahmedabad. He is currently associated with Indiqube Spaces Limited, where he oversees finance-related functions and financial operations. His expertise in financial statement preparation, financial reporting, and corporate finance provides valuable insights that strengthen the Company’s financial oversight, governance framework, and strategic decision-making.

Ms. Jayanthi Amarnath Bhagath

She has over 14 years of experience in the aerospace industry and over 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Computer Applications) and a Master of Business Administration (E-Business) from Annamalai University, along with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. She previously served as General Manager at Tata Advanced Materials Limited and is the Founder and Director of JBI Healthcare Private Limited. She also manages J.B. International, a proprietary business operating in the healthcare and aerospace sectors. Her extensive experience in business leadership, strategic management, and scaling enterprises across diverse industries brings valuable strategic insights and strengthens the Company’s governance and long-term growth initiatives.

Chief Financial Officer

He is a Chartered Accountant and is a registered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has over two years of experience in the fields of accounts and finance. He currently oversees the overall accounts and finance functions of the Company.

Ms. Saloni Jayati

Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree (Accounts) and is a qualified Company Secretary as well as an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has around 2 years of experience in the field of secretarial and corporate compliance matters. She is responsible for handling corporate governance, secretarial functions, and ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions of the Company.
